As part of a Saturday primetime evening slot on ITV, hosted by Emma Willis we saw Craig David, Calum Scott, Christine and The Queens and Rag’n’Bone Man performed live at ITV studios on a stage set constructed and installed by Diagon.
Working with Bruce French studios on The BRITs for the 15th consecutive year, Bruce’s set design for this year’s ‘BRITs Are Coming’ Nominations TV show was to include a high gloss black AR Plus elliptical raised stage with RGB controlled LED ribbon lighting flush mounted into the stage with acrylic diffuser strips. The stage backdrop was built from 8 huge screens made up from over 400 individual 3.9mm pitch LED panels. Running behind the audience around the perimeter of the studio was a curved 60 metre rolled steel framework that held over 200 LED 1500mm controlled stick lights.
Craig David, Christine and the Queens and Calum Scott as well as Brits Critics' Choice winner Rag'n'Bone Man all performed at the Live television event while the contenders for categories including British single, British group and the MasterCard British album of the year were revealed by host Emma Willis.
