Our Process

Our Process

At Diagon, the work procedure is simple. If you are a designer or already have designs, provide us with your plans or drawings and we will build to your specification. If yours is just a nascent concept and you need suggestions, our engineers and build managers can work with you to develop your ideas into a viable construction project.

We can provide you with 3 dimensional computer generated walkthroughs, visual rendering & technical drawings; colour matching for corporate identities and specialist finish sourcing.

We have the space to pre-assemble full sets in our hangar for client approval, rehearsals and lighting tests, enabling you to be fully prepared prior to your actual project installation.

We will liaise with your venue to check access, health and safety procedures and supply full risk assessments and method statements as standard. We hold a £10,000,000 public liability insurance policy and can supply fire proofing certificates for materials used if required.

Green Initiatives

Green Initiatives

At Diagon, we try to be green as we can. We use Forest Stewardship Council certified timber whenever possible and donate timber off cuts to workshops, students and artists.

Wherever possible the temporary carpet and foam we use goes back to the suppliers for shredding and recycling and all our MDF is now recycled for reproduction. We make an extra effort to re-use timber and now participate in a tree-planting scheme.

Scraps and timber off-cuts that can’t be re-used for construction are used to produce fuel for our emission approved eco furnace heating system. Keeping our fuel bills low help keep our prices competitive.

We also can obtain innovative materials made from recycled objects in sheet form for use in place of timber, please contact us for more details.
